But with some basic understanding and respect to local law enforcement and regulations, along with some minor expectations of us from you for your control over our company assets we can sail through successfully of our venture.

1. Motorcycle tours organizer by Travel on Menu and all transaction and legal liabilities of the tour will be sole responsible of Travel on Menu. Any legal jurisdiction is will be under the count of New Delhi.
2. Travel on Menu will not be responsible or liable for any accidents, illness, injury or death, however incurred while on the complete tour.
3. For better we suggest you take a high risk travel/medical insurance cover which covers the above eventualities.
4. All adventure will be conducted at reputed location and under the supervision of experts with best safety standards available, but company will not be responsible or liable for any accidents, injury or death.
5. Riding of Motorcycle involves risk, so you accept the full control of your motorcycle while on tour with Travel on Menu. Also you will also be responsible of the actions of your pillion while he/she is riding along with you on your Motorcycle.

Reservation & Payments

7.  At the time of booking you undertake that you have authority to accept and do accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself or your group/party.
8. On accepting of any monitory transaction from our end a contract will exist towards the booking or upon the issue of our confirmation/Invoice by the registered parent company Travel on Manu.
9. All payments should be done 100% before 2 months of the actual date of the starting of the tour. Which can be done online via paypal? Also the payment can be made by wire transfer or bankers cheques if you are paying in INR (Indian Rupees). Payment mode details will be mailed to you on submitting your reservation form).
10. The tour booking will not be confirmed unless the complete 100% payment is confirmed. Where as to book your slot you can make a 30% payment and pay the remaining payment 70% before 2 months of the actual tour dates.
11. Your booking without 100% payment will not be confirmed.
12. When you make a booking you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party. A contract will be confirmed upon our accepting any payments from you towards the booking as per our policies, or upon the issue of our Confirmation/Invoice, whichever is earlier. En route for make your reservation you need to pay 100% of your tour package amount along with your reservations/booking form. You can book and pay for your tour online via PayPal) or by ----. Payment can also be made by wire transfer or by bankers cheque if you are paying in INR (Indian Rupees) after confirmation of payment along with you submitting the reservation form all the tour details & instructions will mailed to you. Your tour booking without 100% payment will not be confirmed. After a tour booking is received and accepted by us, a reservation contract will be binding. Tour features are described separately depending upon tour package selection. All rates are per person on twin share accommodation along with other riders/pillion. Incase of single/separate accommodation requirement  has to be specified earlier while booking of the tour since it will on additional charges of the basics tour prices.

All motorcycles, camping tents or any other properties of either Travel on Menu or any other associates of Travel on Menu are insured for third party liability only. Since no other insurance is applicable on rental assets. All equipment is will maintained on mint conditions. The usage of motorcycle is allowed only as road bikes, no off road or motor sports activities acceptable. Riders and Pillion are prohibited use of motorcycles or any other equipment under the influence alcohol or any illegal drugs. Also note that we will not be responsible or encourage if you are caught by local law enforcement due to any of your illegal activities. Riders will be totally liable of any damage, accident or mishap during use of motorcycle or any other company assets. Travel on Menu and its associates are responsible for all the maintenance and repairs of the vehicles and equipment at all time to keep them in road worthy condition.
All our bike tour sections are accompanied by our crew consisting of a Marshal, Sweeper, Mechanic, a first aider/nurse, support vehicle, tour coordinator/event manager/tour manager. Rider and passenger will be briefed about the road, traffic, weather and other conditions before the tour and on need to know basis. The staff and management of Travel on Menu and its associates take all practicable steps to identify and minimize potential dangers, however you must follow our instructions at all times.
We are responsible for providing and arranging the services mentioned in our tour plan/itineraries and descriptions. We are responsible for all the meticulous travel preparations and constantly evaluate all associates like hotel, restaurants, contactors and all our associates. Travel on Menu reserve the right to modify any part of the tour in case of any unavoidable situation arises due to some riots / natural calamities or in the interest of improvement.
Travel on Menu or its associates are not responsible for any delay in flights / trains or missed connections. Also we would not be liable for any changes in the schedule by you due to any reasons to unplanned events from your end.
Travel on Menu or its associates will not be held responsible for any riders and passengers indemnify all such claims against us, and our employees for any bodily injuries or death due to any accident resulting for the use of our motorcycles or while any other activities involved in the tour. We will not be held responsible for any other conditions beyond our control like acts of god, strikes, theft or illness of any kind. The rider will be solely responsible or liable for any property lost or damaged while using a rental motorcycle. 
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors or any omissions at any time which is bought in to our notice before the tour or even while on the tour on mutual understanding. Other portion of the agreement which is unaffected will remain valid and do not affect as a whole. Incase of any invalidation of an individual item in the agreement does not lead to invalidation of the entire agreement.
No refund of any type will be entertained for non-utilization of any part of the travel arrangements made for you or the group.

All riders should be at least or above 20 years of age. All international riders should posses a valid Unrestricted Motorcycle International Driver’s License/Permit and local riders should posses a valid Driver’s License for Motorcycle with Gear. In no condition rider nor pillion will learn or will be thought riding while on tour. We recommend you bring your own personal riding gears no gears will be available on rent. Incase of any protection gear required to be arranged by us, kindly confirm us before booking your tour. Please note the gear will be of on additional cost which is not included in the tour package and you can take the gear back along with you on completion of the tour along with us.
Rider and passenger will be briefed about the road, traffic, weather and other conditions before the tour and on need to know basis. Both rider and passenger understand and fully accept that risk and are solely responsible for keeping their motorcycle under control, selecting an appropriate speed as directed by the crew as per the traffic and road conditions. As a rider you are solely responsible for your choice of riding style and speed whether accompanied by a crew or riding solo, since we expertise in group ridings we recommend you follow formation riding as instructed by your crew for your and your fellow travelers/riders safety. Riders and passengers, their heirs, successors and assignees agree to release, indemnify and hold Travel on Menu and its associates, its agents, contractors and employees harmless from any and all liabilities or claims directly or indirectly related to participation on a tour or motorcycle rental.
You must release or indemnify Travel on Menu and its associates and our staff against any liability we incur to anyone else, resulting from your failure to follow our instructions or the failure of any person accompanying you under the age of 18 to follow our instructions.
If by any reason you leave or fail to complete a tour for any reason you will be responsible to arrangement for your transportation, accommodation, return of motorcycles to our garage of any location specified to you by us or can avail our services on additional cost. Any recovery or salvage expenses for returning the motorcycles or any of the company assets will be charged to the client’s account or deducted from the security deposit if any. Any changes/modification in the itinerary/tour plan depending on the request made by you will be charged in additional to the basic tour cost.
Any penalties like speeding tickets, parking offences, speed camera fines or other traffic offences etc incurred by the rider will be paid on the spot directly to concerned authorities and will not be adjusted to security. Also note in case of any warrant issued by local authorities due to any offence by the rider or pillion will not be our liability and all proceeding should be handled by them directly with the concerned authorities.

We highly recommend you to take adequate high risk holiday/medical travel insurance in your respective county and for betterment of your service, update us with the details of your insurance and details of hospitals/doctors available in and around the area mentioned in the tour plan/itinerary. All claims for any cancellation charges, unexpected limitation of your holiday/tour, medical expenses while traveling abroad, loss or damage to luggage and any other personal liability should be handled by you and we would not be liable for any such reasons. If you elect not to avail any suitable travel insurance cover despite this advice, then you must undertake on your or your group member behalf to indemnify both ourselves and our associates/representatives (local/overseas) from any cost arise, which would otherwise have been met incase of a sufficient travel insurance cover been taken out.

Incase of any change in terms and conditions only become valid when confirmed in written by and only Travel on Menu. Any verbal agreement or commitments will not be entertained if any of our JV’s or associates confirm with out a confirmed written agreement from Travel on Menu. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and our selves. No other conditions, representations or guarantees other than those made here will be entertained.
Note: Submission of rental/tour booking form constitutes an acceptance of the above terms & conditions.

Our management and team will ensure your travel arrangements and schedules are according to set standards and plan. However, incase of any complains related to any of our services can be directly confirmed to our tour coordinator/tour manager traveling along with you, so that necessary actions can be taken immediately or can be informed by calling to our office from wherever you may be. If any problem arise during your Stay with us, You can contact our Operations Director who will venture to put things in place. If your complaints cannot be resolved locally you should advise us within 15 days of the incident, in writing along with your booking reference and incident related information and mail it to customersupport@travelonmenu.com. 
If incase of any review/suggestions (good/bad) about out services or associates can be directly mailed to rd@travelonmenu.com for reassessment. You many also mail us your testimonies at testimony@travelonmenu.com as per the rating mentioned (Positive, Negative or Neutral) depending on your experience
